Set in a beautiful gated private estate located in Bushey, North-West London, Heathbourne Village is a concept of remarkable design. Blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings, pulling together the spirit of a traditional village community with modern luxury homes in order to create a true sense of belonging.
The project took a mere five months to design from beginning to end, with the mechanical engineering team liaising constantly with the client throughout the design process. Due to the constraints of the time, all meetings and communication was done online, which gave all parties involved regular opportunities to be involved with the project as it progressed, making for greater finished results.
The Walker Mower team are proud to have been a pat of this fantastic project, having been appointed to provide the working drawings for the mechanical sub-contractor and our client, R.G. Evans. The design process involved multiple mechanical disciplines, including plumbing, heating and drainage for all plots, and some ventilation designs for a basement plot including MHVR. Calculations were also generated to provide clarity and evidence of the design work and to ensure that all designs were created in accordance with the relevant building regulations and standards.
