Which is why at Walker Mower, our engineering team have years of experience in designing wide range of commercial projects, both large and small.
Another major aspect of the building services industry, and one which Walker Mower has years' of experience in dealing with, is the commercial sector. Understandably, commercial differs to residential in quite a substantial way. Not only from the perspective of the purpose of the development, but also in the sense of what services are provided to the development, how those services are provided and how they are installed. Commercial design takes a keen eye to ensure that everything is designed correctly and proficiently.
At Walker Mower, we have worked with many commercial based clients over the years, and have designed a whole range of different commercial builds. A lot of these developments have been schools, where we have worked with some big name clients, such as Kent County Council, but we have also designed medical facilities where we have worked directly for the NHS Trusts. We recently undertook a fun and exciting development at Paddington Station, which is currently being constructed and we will be proud to share upon its completion.
